Community Partners

The Summer Fund fosters collaboration among youth-serving organizations in an effort to leverage summer opportunities and engage underserved youth in targeted initiatives designed to promote summer learning, self-esteem building, and leadership and social development skills.

We identify and draw on the expertise of key community partners to deepen our impact and enhance our efforts to build, sustain and strengthen the summer program field as a whole. By leveraging these key partnerships, we are able to provide opportunities, supports and resources to enhance and improve summer programming for at-risk and underserved youth.

Our Impact

To say that the HCF program has been central in assisting families in need who would otherwise not have had opportunities in the summer is an understatement. Without this program, many children would simply sit in their rooms at the shelters.
